How to configure the ActiveX Printer Control on your computer

Launch your Internet Explorer browser and go to the Atlas Agents Online Services Web-page.

Click on the Printer button
.

Server Signon window will appear. Enter your 6-digit User Name and press Enter. No password will be required.

The HostFront - ActiveX Printer window will appear.

Click on the Printer Properties icon

The HostFront ActiveX Display Properties should have 5 tabs and should look like the figure below.
Click on the Page Setup tab. If the settings are greyed out, as shown below, change the Compatible Fonts to anything for the time being, so that you can change the settings.
The Char per inch and line per Inch should be configured as shown below.
The Char per Line and Line per Page should be configured as shown below.
Change the Compatible fonts back to Default Printer Font as shown below.
Click on the Page Setup tab and the following window will appear and make sure that the Paper Orientation for AS/400 is set to Use local printer setting.
Click Apply and OK
