Synergize Viewer Overview

The Viewer provides you with a simple and easy-to-use application for displaying image files. The viewer includes all the necessary functions to manipulate images such as page control, zoom and rotate as well as the more advanced options of deskew and despeckle. You can easily navigate documents using the document navigator as well as email, print or fax (optional) documents directly from the application. From Viewer you can scan documents directly through the interface and apply various processing options.

For all non-image type files such as Word processor files, spreadsheets, CAD and presentation files as well as non-tif image types, Synergize will use the associated application on your PC to run, display, and manipulate that document or file. This guarantees that all files display properly and it remains the responsibility of the original file format and the application vendor to ensure continued compatibility for that file format. Even if using the native application to view the file, users are unable to alter and manipulate the original document unless authorized to do so via the advanced document security, version control, and access privileges built into Synergize.
