The Synergize Client is comprised of two components. These are the document Explorer, which is used to perform all the document manipulation, security and any other document level activity, and the Image Viewer , which is used to display and manipulate all image type documents, as well as control the scanner.

Synergize Explorer Overview

The Synergize Explorer provides the users with a consistent user friendly and easy-to-use application for sorting, categorizing and locating files. The Explorer includes all the necessary functions to manipulate files including version control, check in/out and document properties. It is possible to easily sort and dynamically categorize documents using the Explorer folders as well as search for documents using the Explorer query by example (QBE) controls.

The Explorer will store all last-used preferences making it possible for users to re-sort columns, place in alternative locations on the monitor, and set specific preferences.
